Dear Sirs,

We would like to cordially present you with yet another, the 14th edition of our Polish Logistics Managers Forum POLSKA LOGISTYKA – one of the greatest and the most important events of the Polish logistics market. The meeting will take place on October 4th and 5th, 2017 at the Hilton Hotel in Warsaw.

The Forum has already become an important event on sector expert calendars. It has been gaining popularity, and attracted over 300 logistics practitioners last year solely.

The Forum of Polish Logistics Managers POLSKA LOGISTYKA offers an exceptional opportunity to discuss various issues among practitioner of the sector, who specialize in supply chains, stock management and logistic strategies. Each year we get to know still new world trends while trying to address the most crucial logistics market problems and questions. The invited experts will point to modern solutions and well-proven practice while optimizing supply chain management activities, procurement, transport, production and storing.

COMMUNICATION, in its broad sense, will become the motto of this year meeting. Managing communication in an efficient way represents a key success factor in any business. We will concentrate mainly on the modern role of a contemporary Logistics Leader – challenges in front of efficient team development and management, while still taking care of positive relations with the market.

The Forum cannot do without inspiring panel discussions you will be able to actively participate in to tackle all the issues and challenges you come across in your every-day activities.

Following our yearly tradition, we would like to invite you for the evening sector banquet at the end of the first day of the Forum. During the banquet you will have an opportunity to start precious business contacts and carry on with partner discussions in an unformal atmosphere.

1. The cost of participation in the Event for a person is:

(Net price should be increased by the VAT 23%)

2. Price includes lectures, course materials, coffee breaks, lunch.

3. Fill in the on-line form at konferencje.pb.pl, is the conclusion of a binding agreement between the applicant and the Bonnier Business (Polska) Sp. z o.o.. Link to the pro forma invoice is sent automatically to the email address of the applicant after completing the application form.

4. Payments should be made within 14 days after sending the notification, but no later than 2 days before the Event.

6. In case of resignation no later than 21 days prior to the events, the organizer will charge you an administration fee of 20% of the participation price.

7. In case of resignation later than 21 days prior to the Event, 100% fee is charged.

8. Cancellation of participation shall be sent by registered mail to the address of the organizer.

9. In case of not cancelling the registration and not taking part in the Event, the organizer will charge the full cost of participation.

10. If one does not make the payment, it does not mean the resignation of the Event.

11. If the registered person can not come to the Event another person from his/her company can take his/her place.

12. The organizer reserves the right to change the program of event and to cancel the event.
